Kamakani Komohana is proud to present it’s 5th Annual ‘One Spirit, Many Souls’ Festival with a Polynesian and International Event on Saturday, August 24, 2019 at Old World German Village, 7561 Center Ave, #49, Huntington Beach, CA. Driven by the principle that many souls are connected through one spirit, this festival utilizes the power of song, dance and artistic expression to unite the creative communities of Polynesia, Hawai’i the Caribbean and Japan.
This event will feature a diversely International lineup of local performers, presenting a wide array of dance and song arrangements in a Lu’au setting. Performances will range from Hawai’i and Polynesian Islands of Tahiti, New Zealand, Samoa to Caribbean, Africa and more. With the talents of Westwind Production’s “Islands’s Embrace” presentation and the Caribbean Jems!
Also featured will be a Music Set of original and Island songs by recording artist, Gregg de Castro and the exciting and colorful performance of dance school Kamakani Komohana.
Doors open at 1:00pm. At 2:00p Gregg de Castro Band will entertain with a set of Original and Island music. 3:00p the main event explodes onstage with “Island’s Embrace” show. Lunch plates will be sold at $15 and Vegetarian Chinese salad $5. As well as Craft Vendors and a Silent Auction.
