Our German Restaurant menu consists of: German Sauerbraten (Beef marinated in Red Wine) served with German Potato Pancakes, Apple Sauce & Red Cabbage, Wiener Schnitzel (tender Veal cutlet, lightly breaded and pan fried), German Rouladen (tender thin cut Beef, filled with Bacon, Onion, Pickles) toped with Gravy and served with Spätzle & Red Cabbage. Another typical dish would be German Goulash this is served with German Fried Potatoes & of course we can’t leave out the famous German Sausage, the types of German Sausage we serve are Bratwurst, Nurnberger & Polish sausage. Traditional German food is full of flavor & our Chef Ener Najera learned his German cooking skills from German Master Chefs. He has cooked at our German Restaurant for over 20 years.

Old World is most famous for Oktoberfest which takes place Mid Sept. thru End of Oct. Most people don’t even know what Oktoberfest is. Oktoberfest is one of the WORLD largest festivals. Here in Huntington Beach California, we fly in a German Oom-pa-pah band directly from Germany. Our Motto is EAT, DRINK, DANCE, & be MERRY! Watch Folk dancers, do the Chicken Dance with our Official Oktoberfest Chicken. Bring the kids!! Every Sunday for Oktoberfest Moon Bounce & Game Booths & you can watch our famous Dachshund races which are held weekly throughout Oktoberfest and monthly through out the year. Here you will see these cute Wiener-Dogs that are short-legged but swift little Dachshunds belly up to the finish line.
Adult nights are on Friday & Saturday’s on these nights we only allow 21+ with ID. Wednesday & Thursday nights are family nights, if you are under 21 you must be accompanied by your parents. On these nights we have a lot of fundraisers, corporate company parties and high school field trips.
