at Old World in Huntington Beach

1. All prices are subject to change. Prices are guaranteed at time of booking event.

2. All catered banquets are subject to tax plus 18% service charge on total banquet amount.

3. The Old World is not responsible for damage or loss of any merchandise or articles left on our premises before, during or after the event.

4. Any repair cost or replacement cost due to damages will be the responsibility of the Event Organizer.

5. Wedding cakes, flowers, bands, D.J.'s, etc. may arrive one hour prior to event unless otherwise arranged with management.

6. We serve only one drink to a person at a time and guests must have a valid California I.D. to be served alcohol.

7. No rice, bird seed or confetti permitted.

DEPOSITS:
Deposits for banquet rooms are required upon confirmation of reservations. Deposits will be deducted from the total cost of function. The deposit is non-refundable or transferable.

• Old World Lounge - $250
• Gazbo & Patio - $300
• Gazebo Alone - $200

PAYMENT:
Balance is due 30 days prior to banquet date, unless other arrangements have been made by the management. Payment may be paid by cash, check, MasterCard or Visa. (Checks are only accepted 30 days before banquet). Cash only if less then 30 days.

SECURITY:
The Old World reserves the right to obtain security guards for social functions at the engagers cost. One guard per 50 - 75 guests minimum as required by management. Current rate is $25.00 per hour/ additional guards $15.00 per hour.

REFUNDABLE CLEAN-UP, DAMAGE, MUSIC, DEPOSIT:
A $500 refundable clean-up, damage, music deposit is required for any excessive claening or facilities repair or loud music. If everything is left in acceptable condition and if you followed our Music Rules, you will receive a total refund of your deposit on the next business day. No confetti permitted.

MUSIC:
All music, bands, dj's, etc. are not allowed to be louder than 90 decibels. Volume will be monitored by the security staff. Amplified loud music in the Old World Lounge is permitted only after the Old World Restaurant is closed. If our staff is required to ask the Band or DJ three or more times to turn the volume down, your deposit will be forfeited. City regulations prohibit amplified music in patio area past sundown.

LINEN:
White tablecloths and 3-ply white paper napkins are provided for all functions catered by Old World. If not catered by Old World, tablecloths can be provided for an additional fee of $5.00 per 52" x 114" linen or $7.00 per 85" x 85" linen. Linen napkins $.65 each. If engager wishes to provide his/her own linen, the Old World will not be responsible for any loss or damage.

WEDDING CAKES:
We offer cakes for all occasions; weddings, birthdays, etc. Your fresh baked cake includes: cake cutting, paper plates, napkins and forks when catered by Old World. Cakes not purchased from Old World Restaurant will be charged a $50.00 - $100.00 cake cutting fee which will include paper plates, napkins and forks. (If you wish, you may supply your own plates, napkins, forks and cut and serve your own cake).

CLEAN-UP:
Catered functions by Old World, cleaning is included. Rent only functions the engager is responsible to clean off the tables, take down their decorations and put the trash outside of the facility by the parking lot entrance or by the patio area.

KITCHEN RENTAL:
Kitchen facilities are available for $150 rent. Kitchen must be left clean including floors, counter tops, grill, burners and steam table. You must be finished with the kitchen by 10 p.m. unless other arrangements have been made with management.
